Bill Dickson has been a Realtor® in northern Michigan for more than 30 years, including 15 years of operating his own real estate brokerage. 

In 2000 Bill was named Managing Broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Petoskey and Harbor Springs offices, and in 2012 was name Regional Manager, overseeing offices in Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Gaylord, Indian River, Beaver Island and Cheboygan.

Bill has long been involved in real estate development, as well as marketing and sales of residential and office condominiums, and was co-owner of Resort Property Management Company in Harbor Springs for 15 years.

Active in the local community, Bill has served on the Downtown Business Committee in Harbor Springs and strongly supports the Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce and Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and many local businesses. Bill is a member of the Emmet Association of Realtors®, Michigan Associations of Realtors® and National Associations of Realtors®.
